How to return

You have 14 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the effective delivery date of your order to return it to marcolino.pt.

It can be returned as long as it has not been used and is in perfect condition (the product must be complete and in its original packaging).

These are the options for returning your merchandise:

In the Marcolino store for free:
Take your order and purchase invoice or gift slip in paper or electronic format to any Marcolino store.

From home:
You should send an email to [email protected], with your order ID and pick-up address.

We will send a courier to collect the return at the address indicated by you. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund

Marcolino will do everything possible to ensure that the refund of the amount is made as quickly as possible, however, it will be made within a maximum period of 15 days after the arrival of the goods at our facilities.

If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be made on the card itself and will appear on its statement.

If the payment has been made via Multibanco Reference, MBWay or Bank Transfer, the customer will be asked to provide the bank account details to which the payment is to be made.

The customer can also opt for reimbursement via voucher, which can be used in the online store, this coupon with a maximum period of 12 months.
